Zoning, Specific Use Permit (SUP), Replat, Comprehensive Plan Amendment Projects List

These projects have been submitted to the Planning Division for review. Most projects will follow the Submittal Calendar, with the exception of items that have been tabled during a Planning & Zoning Commission or City Council meeting OR if the applicant did not submit a complete application.

Ways You Can Provide Input on Zoning and Development Projects

  • Complete the Public Input Form.
  • If you received a postcard in the mail about a specific project, your property is within 200 feet of the zoning case or replat of a residential lot. State law requires we notify property owners within 200 feet, and your opinion may be returned on the form provided to you.
  • Attend the Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting and/or a City Council Meeting where the project will be reviewed and complete an Opinion/Speaker Registration Form to speak. Public comments are limited to 3 minutes. Meeting agendas can be found here.
  • Can't attend a meeting? Mail us your opinion by USPS at our mailing address found on the right of this page, or you can email the Planning Department. Email is accepted before 3 p.m. the day of the meeting. Please include your name and address.
