From the desk of the Chief
Your fire department is a dynamic "All-Hazards" organization that strives to provide the highest levels of protection to Anna’s neighbors, businesses, and visitors. We enjoy a proud history of serving our community, beginning in 1939. After 84 years, that spirit of service continues enthusiastically as we move forward into the future.
The growth and success of our department is only possible through the outstanding efforts of our men and women in uniform and through the continued support of our city leaders and community.
Our mission is simple:
“Provide a quality service to our neighbors through Dedication, Training, and Professionalism”
Please know that we exist to serve you and that your fire, rescue, and emergency medical needs are our highest priority. We also welcome your feedback so please let us know how our family may better serve your family.
Anna Fire is comprised of four Divisions:
- Fire Prevention
- Fire Operations
- EMS / Training
- Emergency Management
Currently, we are a single-station department with twenty-seven fulltime firefighter/ paramedics assigned to three, 24-hour shifts (9 personnel per shift) and four administrative staff.
If you have any questions regarding the services we provide or would like to schedule a fire station tour, please contact us at 972-924-2143. You can also follow us on Facebook.
