Payment Extension

Your Utility Bill is due on the same day each month, depending on your geographic location.

Cycle 1:

If your address is on Cycle 1 Billing, then your utility bill is due on the 15th each month.  Late fees are applied the next business day, and are 10% of the amount due on your account.  If your bill has not been paid, your water service will be disconnected on the 25th of the month, unless you have filled out a Payment Extension Form.  You can extend your payment one week past the disconnect date.  There is a maximum of three payment extensions allowed per calendar year.

Cycle 2:

If your address is on Cycle 2 Billing, then your utility bill is due on the 1st of each month.  Late fees are applied the next business day, and are 10% of the amount due on your account.  If your bill has not been paid, your water service will be disconnected on the 10th of the month, unless you have filled out a Payment Extension Form.  You can extend your payment one week past the disconnect date. There is a maximum of three payment extensions per calendar year.
