About Councilman Elden Baker
Councilman Elden Baker is a 20-year, campaign decorated, Navy Veteran, and a noted railroad historian, in fact many neighbors know him as the Train Guy at the Anna Depot.
He attended Texas A&M University-Commerce (class of 2008) and currently works at Raytheon Intelligence and Space, where he is Manager of Engineering Services for Technical Training. Elden is a teaching pastor and a founding director of the North Texas Grace Bible Fellowship.
He is a graduate of the Anna Neighbor Academy first cohort and has served on the Parks Advisory Board. He continues to serve on the Collin County Historical Commission.
Elden and his wife, Connie moved to Anna from Wylie in 2016, they have five grown children, and ten grandchildren.
