   If you are applying for a mechanical, electrical, or plumbing contractor registration, please use the Contractor Registration Application (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) form.

   You can save your progress without submitting and come back to it later to complete.

    You must submit a copy of your liability insurance in the amount of $500,000 with the City of Anna listed as the certificate holder.

    If you hold a trade license, please submit a copy.

25. Fee

    After you have completed and submitted your application, you can pay the $100 fee by mailing in a check or paying in person with a check or credit card. 

    Your application is not complete until we have received payment.

    We will let you know by email when your registration is complete. Once it is complete, your registration will be valid for one year.
