Special Event Application Process:
- Set up a pre-application meeting.
- Submit an application through our portal.
- Application reviewed by the Special Events Committee.
- Follow up with the applicant to discuss the committee's recommendations.
- Application approved by City Manager or designee.
- Permit Issued.
- Event Day.
- Post-event follow-up and issuance of deposit refund.
