- Phone- Keep your phone charged and save important contact numbers in case of an emergency.
- Plants- Cover outdoor plants or bring them inside to protect them from freezing temperatures.
- Pipes- Drip faucets and wrap exposed pipes to help prevent freezing and costly damage.
- Pets- Bring pets indoors and ensure they have a warm place, along with adequate food and water.
- People- Check on family members, neighbors and those who may need extra assistance staying warm.
