Special events

The City of Anna Neighborhood Services Departments will host the following special events. The events main purposes are to provide neighbors with family friendly events that create community through civic pride and fun. 

Easter Eggstravaganza

Easter eggstravaganza

When: April 9,2022
Time: 10am-12pm
Location: Slayter Creek Park

Egg Hunt, Photos with the Easter Bunny, and Easter Basket Kit pick-up.

Egg Hunt by age group with staggering start times at 15 min. intervals.

Groups: 2-3 yrs., 4-6 yrs., 7-10 yrs., 11+ yrs.

Beeping eggs will be provided for children with visual impairment.

This family fun event will bring the lighter side of Halloween to the community and will include events such as:

  • Halloween Movie Night
  • Halloween Pick-up Kits
  • Dog Costume Contest

The event brings together local organizations to provide holiday cheer to the community.
